Under Singapore Company Law, every company is required to appoint a corporate secretary. The company secretary plays a key role in ensuring compliance by handling statutory filings, maintaining company records, and advising on your responsibilities as a business owner.
A Singapore company can be registered with a minimum paid-up capital of S$1. This capital can be used immediately, and you may increase it at any time after incorporation if needed. Just make sure to notify the authorities when this happens.
Yes, all Singapore companies are required to have a local registered address, and P.O. boxes are not allowed. This address must be where the company’s statutory documents are kept and where official communications can be received.
If you don’t have an office address, you can use our registered address service. We’ll handle your incoming mail, scan and email the documents to you.
Once all required documents are in place, we can typically incorporate your company within 24 hours. The actual timing may vary depending on when you provide the necessary information and the service hours of the authorities.
